Advisory Committee

Everyone’s voice matters here at Al Hamra Village. In our ongoing effort to always improve communication with our clientele, we designed an elected Advisory Committee, comprising members who represent the homeowners, and to whom individuals can go in order to flag any issue or concern that they have. Specifically, Advisory Committees are a platform meant for:

  1. Strategic or high-level discussion/feedback/suggestions that improve community living in Al Hamra/BAB.
  2. Queries whose substance might fall beyond the scope of typical customer service actionable requests.
  3. Escalation of concerns regarding matters that are yet to actioned even after escalating the same to both the customer service and the head of community management.

The Advisory Committee meets regularly to deliberate such issues and to ensure that issues are addressed. We employ several channels to communicate with members including prominent alerts that we convey through the community portal used by all Al Hamra / BAB residents and owners. Advisory Committee members report back to their representatives and, in these ways, the feedback flow is free and unrestrained. A similar committee is set to be established in Bab Al Bahr.
