UTILITY BILL PAYMENTS

Cash

Visit the Community Management office located at the Royal yacht Club of Ras Al Khaimah building, during working hours. Processing charges of AED 50 will be applied for each cash transaction.

Cheque

Visit the Community Management office located at the Royal yacht Club of Ras Al Khaimah building, during working hours. In case of cheque, please ensure that you write your Unit Number at the back of the cheque. Kindly note a bounced cheque incurs a cheque bounce fee of AED 500 effective 1st December 2014 Post dated cheques for utilities are not accepted.

Credit / Debit Cards / Online Payment

In case of card payments, all credit / debit cards are accepted. You may visit the Community Office or pay online by logging in or through quick pay.

For payments to Utility bills for both Al Hamra Village and Bab Al Bahr, transfers should be made to the account below:
